All accommodation cancellations need to made before 4PM on the day prior to arrival.
Failure to cancel before the above timescale, will result in the 1st night being charged.

Advance purchase rates from online booking agents are non refundable

The hotel will not refund advance rates due to non attendance.

Cancellations of conferences are subject to the hotels terms, conditions and contracts agreed at time of booking.

Cancellations of functions and weddings are subject to the terms and conditions displayed at the hotel’s reception. For a copy please contact us. Deposits are non-refundable.

Special offers can be withdrawn at the hotels discretion or changed to a suitable alternative without notice.
